We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through Stripe, our payment processor. All transactions are secured with bank-level encryption.
Your documents and entity data are retained for 30 days after cancellation, giving you time to export everything. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted. You can export all your data as a JSON file at any time from your account settings.
No. Our LLC Cost Estimator, state guides, service comparisons, entity comparisons, and Best State Quiz are completely free — no account required. The Pro plan is specifically for LLC owners who need ongoing compliance tracking after they've formed their LLC.
Yes. You can switch between monthly ($14/mo) and annual ($120/yr) billing at any time. When switching to annual, the savings apply immediately. When switching to monthly, the change takes effect at the end of your current annual period.
